Alpha is Pasture’s test kitchen. By day, we offer bread & an eclectic collection of baked goods, breakfast, & lunch into the afternoon. By night, Alpha becomes a space of creativity and experimentation for our chefs and offers an eclectic neo-bistro menu, wines, cocktails
Alpha at Pastures is our starting point. The epicentre and the heart of Pasture, Boxer and Alpha. The entry point, a place of immersion into the nucleus of the operation. Alpha is all about the art of discovery.

Beyond our regular operations, Alpha at Pasture functions as a community space for classes/lectures as well as host a rolling series of pop-ups by up-and-coming chefs and those with, traditionally, lesser opportunities for adequate platforms for their voice and/or story. This could be anything from a workshop to a pop-up dinner series or night of cocktail making. There is no model to follow so no idea is out of bounds. No previous experience necessary, this is open to anyone.
